The Warminster Fire Department (WFD) has served the residents of Warminster Township and the surrounding communities for 99 years, nearly a century. Approximately 40 volunteer firefighters respond to about 800 emergencies each year. These incidents include building fires, vehicle rescues, alarm responses, and weather-related emergencies.

The department maintains and operates 8 vehicles (2 Engines, 1 Ladder, 1 Rescue, and 4 Command vehicles) from 3 fire stations in the township. Between alarms, members contribute an average of 12,000 volunteer hours each year to training, education, and community service activities.
